Our Requirements
You can send us your design file, tech pack, reference pictures, size chart, fabric requirements, or simply share your ideas. Our team will review the style, fabric, workmanship, quantity, labels, packaging and delivery requirements, then provide professional suggestions to help turn your concept into a workable production plan.
Sample Production
After confirming all details, our sample room will start sample development. We can assist with fabric sourcing, pattern making, printing, embroidery, washing labels, hang tags and packaging details. Once the sample is finished, we will send photos or videos for confirmation before shipping the sample by DHL, UPS or other express services. If any adjustment is needed, we will modify it according to your feedback.
Bulk Production
After the sample is approved, we will arrange bulk production based on the confirmed standard. With computer cutting equipment, intelligent sewing machines and an experienced production team, we can handle both small-batch customization and fast repeat orders. During production, we will keep you updated on key progress to make sure the final goods match your expectations.
Quality Inspection
Quality control is carried out throughout the whole production process, including fabric inspection, cutting inspection, sewing inspection, ironing, measurement checking, packaging inspection and final random inspection. Our QC team checks workmanship, size, color, fabric, labels and packing details carefully to ensure the goods meet your order requirements before shipment.
Timely Delivery
We understand that delivery speed is critical for fashion brands and online sellers. Our mature supply chain and efficient production system allow us to support fast sampling, flexible production and quick replenishment. We will arrange production according to the agreed schedule and ship the goods on time after final confirmation and balance payment.

Which items can be customized?
1. Custom Design and Sample Development
We support you can provide us with your own design files or sending us original samples with adjustments advice, or based on our existing design and specifications. We will based on your demand and provide our suggestions on design, size specs, color, workmanship, etc.
2. Custom Fabrics & Accessories
More than 50 kinds of yarn are available, such as 100% cotton, cotton acrylic, cotton viscose, viscose nylon Rayon nylon, Cashmere, wool, merino wool, lambs wool and wool mixed, mohair, alpaca, angora and their mixed yarn, Tencel, Silk, linen, metallic, and so on. Based on your design, we’ll recommend premium and suitable yarn material for your reference. We can provide custom yarn solutions for nearly any design.
3. Custom Color & Size
After you confirm fabrics and trims, we will send physical color swatches for your selection.
If your required color is not available in the swatch book, kindly send us reference images or the Pantone number.
We provide custom fabric dyeing services for both standard and exclusive custom colors.You may supply your own custom size chart. If you do not have one, our pattern technicians will offer region-specific sizing suggestions matching your design and target market.

4. CUSTOM LOGO&LABEL & TAG
We are offering custom LOGO service, including hang tags, brand labels, washing labels, Zipper, and packages for your private label brands. LOGO style and workmanship can be made according to your requirements.
