Guangzhou Poxiao Garment Co., Ltd was established in 2016. We are a one-stop garment manufacturer integrating design, development, sampling, production, quality inspection, packaging, and export service.

Our factory covers 4,500㎡ and is equipped with computerized cutting equipment, fabric shrinking machines, sewing equipment, ironing facilities, quality inspection areas, and packing lines. We specialize in ODM & OEM garment manufacturing for global fashion brands, wholesalers, online retailers, and fast fashion companies.

Our main product categories include dresses, shirts, blouses, jackets, pants, T-shirts, polo shirts, sets, and other women’s and men’s apparel. With mature supply chain support and efficient production management, we provide fast sampling, flexible production, strict quality control, and stable delivery for our customers.

Work content:

Our factory provides complete garment production services, including product design, sample development, fabric sourcing, pattern making, fabric inspection, fabric shrinking, cutting, sewing, ironing, quality inspection, packing, and shipment.

We support both ODM and OEM orders, helping customers develop new collections and complete bulk production efficiently. From sample confirmation to final delivery, every step is managed by an experienced production and quality control team.

Capacity:

Our factory has stable production capacity and mature supply chain support. With experienced workers and complete production equipment, we can handle multiple garment categories and different order requirements.

We support fast sampling, small-batch trial orders, repeat orders, and bulk production. Our monthly production capacity reaches 400,000 pieces, helping fashion brands respond quickly to market demand.

Quality Control

We follow a strict quality control process throughout the full production chain. From fabric inspection and pre-production samples to cutting, sewing, finishing, measurement checking, thread trimming, ironing, packing, and final inspection, each step is carefully checked before shipment.

Our QC team focuses on workmanship, measurements, fabric defects, stains, loose threads, labels, trims, packaging, and overall garment appearance to ensure stable product quality.
